Обоснование: По вопросу повестки дня решили:
1. Признать заявку ООО "ТД ТехРесурс" соответствующей требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
2. Признать заявки ООО "Роллсбурмаш", ООО "АТОМ-ПЕРМЬ", ООО "ТД "Магнит", ООО "УТК" не соответствующими требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
3. Признать процедуру запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме на приобретение стальных заготовок не состоявшейся.
4. В соответствии с критериями оценки признать победителем ООО "ТД ТехРесурс".
5. Заключить с ООО "ТД ТехРесурс" договор на приобретение стальных заготовок в соответствии с требованиями, установленными документацией запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме, по цене договора 361 196 (Триста шестьдесят одна тысяча сто девяносто шесть) рублей 00 копеек, в т.ч. НДС (18%) 55 097,69 (Пятьдесят пять тысяч девяносто семь) рублей 69 копеек.
