Delivery terms:Delivery time is 10 working days from the moment of contract conclusion. The supplier is obliged to deliver the goods to the customer with the application of relevant documents related to the goods in the volume specified in the Order-specification. Delivery includes delivery and unloading of goods. Partial delivery is not allowed.

Обоснование: На основании п. 24 Извещения о проведении открытого запроса цен Единственным критерием для определения Победителя является наименьшая цена заявки при условии соответствия самой заявки и предлагаемой продукции условиям настоящего открытого запроса цен. В случае если хоть один из Участников Запроса предложений применяет упрощенную систему налогообложения (не является плательщиком НДС), то Закупочная комиссия при рассмотрении данного критерия в заявке учитывает предложенные Участниками цены без НДС.
Наименьшей предложенной ценой без НДС является цена, предложенная ООО "М-ИНВЕСТ" - 2483010,17 руб.
