Payment terms:

Обоснование: На основании п. 24 Извещения о проведении открытого запроса цен Единственным критерием для определения Победителя является наименьшая цена заявки при условии соответствия самой заявки и предлагаемой продукции условиям настоящего открытого запроса цен. В случае если хоть один из Участников Запроса предложений применяет упрощенную систему налогообложения (не является плательщиком НДС), то Закупочная комиссия при рассмотрении данного критерия в заявке учитывает предложенные Участниками цены без НДС.
