and selected the winner: "META RU" OOO – (Bidder 4) (Бархварт О.А.) submitting a bid dated of 24.04.2018 15:08 totalling to 137 400,00 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявки от ИП "Зубков Михаил Борисович" и ООО "МЕТА РУ" соответствующими требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
2. Признать заявки от ООО "Архив-Комплект" и ООО "Фаворит-СВА" не соответствующими требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
3. Признать запрос ценовых котировок в электронной форме на приобретение стеллажей состоявшимся.
4. В соответствии с критериями оценки признать победителем и присвоить первый номер заявке от ООО "МЕТА РУ".
5. Присвоить второй номер заявке от ИП "Зубков Михаил Борисович".
6. Заключить договор с ООО "МЕТА РУ" на приобретение стеллажей в соответствии с требованиями, установленными документацией по запросу ценовых котировок в электронной форме, по цене договора – 137 400,00 (Сто тридцать семь тысяч четыреста) рублей 00 копеек, в т.ч. НДС 18 % 20 959,32 (Двадцать тысяч девятьсот пятьдесят девять) рублей 32 копейки.
