The whole range of services for supply, installation and adjustment must be performed by the contractor included in the list of workshops admitted to the activities of tachograph maintenance, according to the current order Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of "Technical regulations on safety of wheeled vehicles" and "Rules of use of tachographs on road transport in the Russian Federation". The Contractor must have a license issued in accordance with the requirements approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 16, 2012. № 313, for the implementation of works: - distribution of encryption (cryptographic) means; - performance of works, provision of services in the field of encryption of information, maintenance of encryption (cryptographic) means.
