Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

MANDATORY ATTACHMENT OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE TO COMPLETE FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS (delivery June-August 2020).
A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Status of supplier-manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (business or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period / expiration date.
4. Cost with VAT per unit of lot (in Russian rubles).
5. THE OFFER MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The contract will be concluded with JSC "Agrofirm" Doronichi "or LLC" APH "Doronichi" preferably in the form of a customer.

At the conclusion of the contract, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
