In this regard, Integra-Services LLC invites you to send offers on the terms specified below.
We would like to inform you that Integra-Services LLC, when considering commercial offers, will pre-qualify contractors, for which we ask you to provide the following information:
information on the presence of a dealer agreement or authorization, qualified personnel, own production base and other means with an appropriate level of technical equipment, allowing to manufacture purchased materials and equipment, works and services of the required quality within the required time frame and in the required volume; technical
passports for the offered products.
It is MANDATORY to attach the completed quotation specification (Appendix No. 3 in the package of documents) in Excel format.
If you agree to take part in the events, please provide by 12:00 Moscow time
03/12/2021 the following package of documents:
1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. Organization passport
3. Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
4. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial proposal.
5. Copy of the Certificate of State Registration of the Enterprise (OGRN).
6. A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authorities (TIN).
7. Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered.
