Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
4. The participant of this procedure sends the Commercial proposal in the standard form. The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document of the Procedure Organizer.
5. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
A prerequisite for participation in the tender is a visit to the factory where the work will be carried out to inspect the place of work. For technical issues, please contact the contact person specified in the Terms of Reference.
