The request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Organizer and/or the Customer the obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
