- certificates of compliance with blue seal or quality passport with blue seal, technical passports of the product, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other regulations of the Russian Federation - 1 ex.
- original invoice - 1 copies.
- commodity invoice (form NoTORG-12) - 2 copies.

Invoice and product invoice in the form of TORG-12 (or UPD), the goods and transport invoice are transferred to the buyer together with the products.
9. The customer has the right to refuse to enter into a contract without explanation.
Delivery will only be made on the actual need with the price list signed, or specification.
11. Payment within 30 days of receipt of goods and original invoices - invoices, goods and goods and transport invoices by the "buyer."
Acceptance of the lot means accepting the above terms in full. In the future, the text of the contract is not subject to change at the conclusion of the contract.
The customer reserves the right to:
