1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. The Bidders of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before the bids opening, simultaneously with the submission of the offer, and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Competitive bidding process for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials according to Procured items. Competitive bidding processes are conducted to determine a Supplier with a minimum fixed price, but not higher than the one specified in the procedure.
The list of materials reflected in the lot is of an introductory nature and serves to fix unit prices. With the Supplier who submitted the best offer, subject to all conditions, there will be a signed specification fixing the cost of materials per unit.
