Payment terms:Payment completed contractor is made by the customer on the basis of acts of completed works and invoices, within 90 days from the date of acceptance of the equipment at the customer's site and design acts input control. The actual amount of work and cost should be adjusted after defektirovki with the participation of a representative of the customer.
Delivery terms:getting started June 2017 g. closure of the work of August 2017 (possibly modified). Overhaul is made at the enterprise contractor. Customer transports equipment to the place of repair and back its forces and means. By agreement of the parties otherwise transport is possible at the expense of the contractor.
