Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

IT IS NECESSARY TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE UNTIL FULL PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS (delivery July-September 2021).
The commercial offer must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Status of supplier manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or caland days, according to schedule).
3. Warranty time/expiration date.
4. The cost of VAT per unit of the lot (in Russian rubles).
5. THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The contract will be concluded with JSC "Agrofirm "Doronichi" or LLC "APH "Doronichi" according to the form of the customer.

When concluding the contract, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity.

This trading procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations at the Customer's choice of the supplier.
