Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
The Customer reserves the right to change the quantity of products purchased.

MUST ATTACH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE OFFER BEFORE FULL PERFORMANCE (delivery 38 week 2021).
The offer must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer or official distributor status, licensed and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calend days, according to schedule).
3. Warranty time/expiration date.
4. Price incl. VAT per lot unit (in Russian rubles).
5. THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The contract will be concluded with Doronichi Agrofirm JSC or APH Doronichi LLC according to the form of the customer.

A quality certificate and declaration of conformity will have to be provided when concluding the contract.

This trade procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the Customer's legal obligation to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
