Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

IT IS MANDATORY ATTACHING A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH A STRICTLY FIXED PRICE UNTIL FULL FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS (delivery January-March 2021).
The commercial proposal must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period / shelf life.
4. Price including VAT per lot unit (in Russian rubles).
5. OFFER MUST BE SIGNED BY AUTHORIZED PERSON.

The contract will be concluded with AO Agrokombinat Pedigree Plant Krasnogorskiy or OOO APH Doronichi according to the customer's form.

When concluding an agreement, it will be necessary to provide a quality certificate, a declaration of conformity.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
