If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:cashless payment is made by transfer to the account of the winner of open request of proposals electronically. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and winner of an open request for proposals in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
Payment is carried out as follows:
- Advance payment in the amount of 60% of the price of the contract, the customer shall transfer to the provider within 5 (five) working days after the signing of the Treaty and subject to the availability of provision to ensure the fulfillment of an obligation, based on the account of the provider. The provider exposes the invoice for the advance payment in accordance with article 168 of the TAX CODE;
- Final payment under the contract the customer makes over 10 (ten) working days from the moment of signing by the Parties Act commissioning commissioning based on vendor account if there are signed by the parties heading invoice, invoice.
In case of not providing security for performance of an obligation and to provide a formal letter with the provision of assurance of performance of works (goods delivery, commissioning, training and instruction manual) in the absence of payment, work performed without the payment of the advance. Delivery terms:the delivery term is 3 months from the moment of signing the contract by the parties. Overall work performance term-4 months.
Within 2 months after the conclusion of the contract winner of open request of proposals in electronic form shall provide technical documentation in two copies in the Russian language in accordance with the section 3 terms of reference (annex 1).
Installation of equipment and the supply of life-support systems is performed by the customer within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Rigging works for unloading from vehicles the winner of open request of proposals electronically to the address of the customer (Moscow region, Reutov, St. Gagarina, d. 33, block 34) is performed by the customer.
Term of starting-up and adjustment works, instructing personnel of the customer within 5 (five) working days from receipt of notice from the Customer about the completion of equipment installation and supply of life-support systems.
Winner of the open request for proposals in electronic form to the coaching staff of the customer in the amount of 2 people (pressovchiki of plastic products) and 2-x Chief Officer mechanics.
Receiving equipment for the number of runs the customer and winner of open request of proposals electronically in compliance with the technical requirements (annex No. 1 to the documentation).
Past coaching staff the customer together with the winner of open request of proposals electronically conducting trial work on technology of the customer to verify that equipment in all operating modes.
Upon completion of commissioning under positive outcomes of quality Equipment acceptance, the Parties shall, not later than 10 (ten) working days from the moment of completion of all kinds of works sign "commissioning".
All associated with putting into operation costs (excluding installation costs of equipment and supply of life-support systems to the installation place) is the winner of open request of proposals electronically.
The costs of travel professionals the winner of open request for proposals in electronic form shall bear the winner of open request of proposals electronically.
Commissioning, instructing personnel shall be subject to the rules of the applicable internal regulations, control-permit regime, internal regulations and instructions, including instructions on the vnutriobektovom checkpoint JSC "MIC mode NPO mashinostroyeniya».
