Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для МУП «Тагилдорстрой» заключить договор с ООО "Меркатор Холдинг" с суммой договора 326 060,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
