- Guarantee period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial proposal provides for a partial or full prepayment. In the event of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a Top 10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to support a letter from the bank about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the request.
