Comments: 1. This Vendor's Choice Competition Procedure shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the process of requesting commercial offers which is not is an offer, auction or contest and it is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without giving any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select multiple winners by dividing the delivery of the goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential member suppliers competitive procedure.
3. The Model Contract shall be sent to the Winner (s) defined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Competition Organizer after the end of the procedure at the end of the procedure B2B Center electronic trading floor.
