Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods.

The Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded."

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

The winner of the Lot is obliged to get acquainted with and send to the initiator within 3 calendar days the signed Standard Contract of JSC "TZRK", which is attached to the mailing documentation.

The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead of JSC "TZRK". Quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the goods. The contract of the authorized dealer. The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
When submitting an bid to participate in the request for proposals, it is necessary to attach a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list is supported by the documentation)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВНИМАНИЕ:1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Стоимость должна быть рассчитана до базиса заявленного в графе: Адрес места поставки товара, проведения работ или оказания услуг!
3. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в редактируемом формате Excel.
4. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации и рассчитавшими доставку до базиса отличного от Извещения , Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться!!!
5. Срок действия ТКП не менее 60 дней.
6. Количество к закупу указано в заявке в соответствующей графе.
