Payment terms:The buyer shall pay by transferring money to the Vendor's account in the following order: 100% of the value of the item — within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the whole shipment of goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is 30 calendar days from the time the specification is signed. The supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and its own power to the Buyer's warehouse. Products from manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, official dealers and distributors are accepted for delivery. There is a quality passport or other document that certifies the quality of the goods upon entry to the warehouse is mandatory. The goods delivered must be new and not restored. Upon shipment, Buyer's mandatory notification, providing copies: invoices, BIG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. The vendor accepts the terms of the YC Model Agreement.
