Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a participant in the request for proposals who:
1. Uses the Electronic Document Management System (MODEL EDO Agreement) or is ready, within 3 calendar days, after being informed by the organizer of the procedure about the winner in the request suggestions, connect to the EDO system.
2. Ready within 3 calendar days, after informing the organizer of the procedure about the recognition of the winner in the request for proposals, will read and send to the initiator the completed Model Contract PJSC Highest, without a protocol of disagreement, which is attached to the request for proposals documentation.
3. Ready to open a current account with Lanta Bank (JSC) within 5 (5) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, for the purpose of making payments under the contract for which a request for proposals has been conducted"
This request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

If false information is provided, the potential supplier of goods, works, services may be suspended from participating in the Purchase.
The purchaser must attach a quotation on the Customer's form (Appendix #1) signed by the person responsible and in an editable format. Quality Certificate and Certificate of Conformity The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.
Participants in the request for proposals must attach the entire list of documents specified in the "Appendix #3 - List of Requested Documents" file.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
