- Final payment in the amount of 80% (eighty percent) for 20 (twenty) banking days after delivery of all goods, merchandise invoice signed by the parties, subject to the availability of invoice or universal gear document (UPD) on under the vendor account.
Delivery terms:the delivery of all goods is carried out at the buyer's address with a duly executed documents for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the parties to the Treaty. Delivery time is an essential condition of the contract.
