Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment in the order of 100% upon delivery with a deferred payment of at least 20 banking days, a longer deadline for payment is welcome, payment days are Tuesday / Thursday.
In the event of a demand for prepayment, a bank guarantee must be provided for one of the TOP-10 banks for the amount of the prepayment.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the supply of goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
4. The organizer sends the model contract template to interested potential suppliers upon request
5. The participant of this procedure sends a commercial proposal in the standard form of the organizer of the procedure.
6. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
