In case of your consent, we ask you to provide a technical and commercial proposal, issued on the letterhead of your organization, signed by an authorized person and stamped. We ask you to specify the number and date of your offer with the mandatory determination of the validity period of prices, a detailed position breakdown of the cost, a list of equipment/materials supplied and services / works performed, an indication of the delivery dates of equipment / materials, work deadlines, payment terms, penalties in case of violation of deadlines. If your organization has a framework contract with unit prices, we ask you to draw up a Technical and Commercial Proposal based on the agreed unit prices with reference to the list of works/services in the framework contract.

JSC "SLPC" reserves the right to change the deadline for the collection of technical and commercial proposals, cancel the collection of technical and commercial proposals, refuse all proposals, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect damages.
The decision on the choice of a counterparty for this request or on the rejection of all received bids will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
Notification of the bidder on the results of the tender is provided in case of a positive result and a decision to conclude a contract, other Bidders may be provided only upon their written requests in order to motivate them to eliminate deficiencies or improve the attractiveness of their proposals.
Expenses related to the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals are not reimbursable.
This message is not an announcement of the Competitive bidding process, and therefore, the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are not applicable.
