Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Delivery time (in calendar days)
3. Provide a technical and commercial proposal
4. Confirm that the product is new, not used, not restored
5. Confirm that the product is the original
6. The warranty period for the product is 12 months
7. The validity period of the Commercial Proposal is 90 calendar days
8. Confirm the fixation of the cost in rubles
9. Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider
10. Confirm the signing of the model contract

Other requirements:
1. Dear partners, we accept commercial offers with delivery to the object: Tikhoretsk, Udarnikov str., 16.
2. We consider only the original spare parts and accessories for grinding meat products.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.
The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
