Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the products by the buyer. The proposals contain a respite over 30 days, are valued at the maximum deadline-30 days.
Delivery terms:1. Date of manufacture of the product-no earlier than 1 (one) year-to-date deliveries. New products not previously used. 2. The delivery time of products (position 1-70; 72-74)-up to 15 the number of required delivery period (months), early delivery upon written agreement with the customer. 3. Manufacture and supply of Products (positions 71 specification) is performed only at the written request of the customer. Not asserted to be delivered by the customer during the period of validity of the contract products are not available and are not paid. The delivery time of products (position 71 specification)-30 days from the date of receipt of the written request from the customer. 4. The customer reserves the right to change the amount when the contract products delivered partially or completely due to changes in demand for products. 5. Fixing prices for the whole period of delivery.
