Commercial proposal shall specify:
- complete specification of equipment with its layout, drawings and sampling schemes.
- flow chart of the sampler operation in automatic mode, without human intervention.
- the cost of each piece of equipment.
- the cost of delivery of equipment to the buyer's warehouse, installation supervision and commissioning, training of the buyer's specialists and all other costs associated with the supply, installation and start-up of equipment.
- Equipment brand and model;
- Delivery terms - by forces and means of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Possible provision of security (bank guarantee) if the commercial proposal implies partial or full advance payment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the proposal.
Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender:
