I ASK YOU TO UPLOAD A COMMERCIAL OFFER INDICATING: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY, WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS, THE MANUFACTURER, TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL OF THE CONTRACTOR.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal PJSC must upload the following documents to the system within one day, necessary for concluding an agreement:
1. A copy of the company registration certificate;
2. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
3. Counterparty card in free form, containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, full name of the head, full name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including bank address;
4. A copy of the latest profit and loss statement (form No. 2);
5. A certificate from the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service at the place of registration on the absence of tax arrears and other mandatory payments;
6. A power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of an electronic trading platform, the Procedure Organizer has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to e-mail IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, by uploading this offer to the site by yourself through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
¬- The Participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the offer must be received by e-mail no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification, with mandatory notification of this the person in charge by phone.
The documents should include an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of its offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that The Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant himself.
