Requirements for participants:
1) Providing samples/CPU before the start of mass production and after the implementation of the project, the possibility of the presence of a Magnet employee at the adjustment.Selection of the supplier for the project implementation according to the results of sample testing. Mandatory compliance of the sample with the source code of the layout in the CMYK and PANTONE layout.
Providing samples to the customer in the amount of 4 pieces for each RIM.
2) Development of instructions for ROME and its printing on each set of ROME(1 piece, A4 size), preparation of instructions for ROME by KA + putting it in each set of ROME
3) Generation of a graphic SHK, creation of marking for a set, creation of an information sheet for a pallet by SC forces. Packaging of the kits is carried out according to the request.
4) Preliminary descent of layouts on 26.07.2021. Delivery to 37 RC until 27.08.2021.
There may be shifts in the deadlines for the delivery of layouts and the implementation of the project.
5) It is necessary to take into account the possible downtime at the RC for 1-2 days.
6) The ability to make minor changes to the application, the CA must be flexible.
7) Having an in-house designer on staff to develop the design of the RIM based on the provided Key Visual promotion.
8) The possibility of storing spare parts in the SC warehouse.
9) The Customer has the right to unilaterally reduce / increase the number of PRODUCTS by 30% of the amount agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 7 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but not later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
10) Providing the SC with a preliminary / actual SC delivery schedule
