Payment terms:100% prepayment within 5 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Acceptance and transfer of the vehicle at the place of its actual location: base LLC "SMU-4" (Kharyaginsky), after payment of 100% of the cost of the Goods.
Location and terms of delivery:village Haryaginsky (Nenets Autonomous Okrug)
Self-delivery of the Buyer. Photo equipment is attached (the numbers with the names of the files correspond to the numbers of state registration of the CU), more detailed information at the inspection. Scan.Types of PTS and PSM to the implemented technique are also attached (the name of the files corresponds to the state registration number to each unit of the vehicle) .see the attached photo files.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure must attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their offer signed by the authorized person and certified the seal of the participating organization, as well as documents on the list below. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the participant's proposal.

3. Location of CU: Kharyaginsky, Nenets Autonomous Okrug

4. Terms of delivery: the export of the vehicle is carried out by the Buyer's expense.

To provide on request offers:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- Certificate of TIN;
- OGRN certificate;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Charter;
- Document on appointment (election) to the position of the head;
- Card with samples of signatures;
- Document on the application of the simplified taxation system (if used);
- Buh balance for 2018-2020 ;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- Warranty letter on unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Seller's edition.

The validity period of the offer of buyers is not less than 45 days.

The cost must be specified taking into account the pick-up by the Buyer.

Note: this request for prices is not a notice of competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
