Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Location and terms of delivery:Shipment of goods from the Supplier's warehouse is made by and at the expense of the Buyer.

The volumes reflected in the request are the average monthly accumulation in the Seller's warehouse. Shipment is carried out as products accumulate on BID FROM THE Seller'S warehouse.

IMPORTANT! Pallets are not sorted by quality in the Seller's warehouse, the main criteria for shipment are integrity and size. It is possible to have pallets with pressed checkers (approximately 10% of the average monthly volume).
This procedure is not an offer, auction or tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose any civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
