- At any time to refuse from continuation of the given procurement procedure, to change conditions of its carrying out, not to answer received offers and not to give comments, and also to refuse from conclusion of the contract with the supplier which offer Recognized as the best result of the procurement procedure. At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the supplier independently, and these expenses shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
