Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
A requirement for participation is to attach to b2b-center.ru or provide for electronic Andrey.Tsoy@x5.ru address; CEN-TK.DD.H@x5.ru final proposal on the basis of Request for Proposals (certified signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization), indicating: price for each lot in Russian rubles without VAT.

When submitting the quotation, Participant shall upload:
- Qualification Questionnaire filled spacecraft into Excel and PDF format (certified signature of the responsible officer and stamped) by downloading the documents on ETP;
- Card filled with satellites into Excel and PDF format (certified signature of the responsible officer and stamped) by downloading the documents at the ETP.
Adjustment forms documentation (add / delete lines, change formulations) The parties are not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to rebidding.

Please, note! In case any of the required documents are missing, the submitted proposal will not be considered!
