Payment terms:Payment of the Contract Value is made by the Buyer in a non-cash form by transferring the amount specified in clause 3.1 of this Agreement to the Supplier's settlement account with a prepayment of 90%. no later than 2 (two) banking days from the date of signing the agreement and 10% after the transfer of the Equipment and the transfer to the Buyer of the relevant duly executed (in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation) documents specified in clause 2.5. of this Agreement.
