Payment terms:
Payment for the purchased scrap metal is made on the basis of an advance payment of 90%, within 3 days from the date of invoice for payment for scrap metal. The final payment for scrap is made by transferring money to the Supplier’s bank account within 5 banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice and acceptance report.
Location and terms of delivery:
The sales term for ferrous scrap is from 10/15/2019. until 12/31/2019 as soon as the Supplier is ready. The Supplier sends a notification to the Buyer about the readiness of the scrap for shipment when collecting at the Supplier’s warehouse 5 tons. and more scrap of ferrous metals.
The place of shipment is the Supplier’s warehouse in Naberezhnye Chelny, Production passage 36.
The participant must meet the following requirements:
- The offer of the Participant who was previously selected as the winner, but refused to conclude an agreement on similar procedures for the sale of equipment or scrap metal may be rejected.
- The participant must have the resources to pay for scrap metal:
- The participant must have full legal capacity to conclude and execute the contract;
- The Participant should not be insolvent or bankrupt, is in the process of liquidation, the property of the Participant should not be seized, the economic activity of the Participant should not be suspended.
- The participant must have owned or rented a scrap metal acceptance point within the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, equipped with attorney truck scales in the measuring range of 200-30000 kg. (Valid until December 31, 2019 and more)
The participant must provide the following list of required information and documents:
- Copy of state registration certificate.
- Copy of tax registration certificate.
- Copies of constituent documents of the procurement participant (for legal entities).
- A copy of the license for the procurement, processing and sale of ferrous scrap. (Valid until 12/31/2019 and more).
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
