Payment terms:The participant indicates the price in rubles for 1 ton of scrap without VAT. VAT 20% is calculated and paid independently by the tax agent (Buyer). The buyer in his commercial proposal offers the terms of payment. 100% prepayment for the entire volume is a competitive advantage.
Location and terms of delivery:The term for dismantling and removal of scrap is until December 31, 2021. Trimming, dismantling, preparation for removal and removal of scrap metal are carried out by forces and at the expense of the Buyer.
The buyer must have special equipment - professional cutters, gas cutting shears for metal, plasma cutters, scrap trucks, loading machines, etc.
Mandatory availability of a license for the buyer to carry out activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.
Acceptance of scrap by the buyer from the seller is carried out at the seller's site upon weighing on the weighing equipment of the Seller (weighing plant), while the scrap is sold according to its actual weight. No reduction in the price of clogging is provided.
