Payment terms:
Payment for goods delivered by the seller is made by the buyer by transferring cashless funds to the seller’s bank account in the amount of 90% of the cost of the consignment of goods within five days before the shipment period. The basis for payment is the invoice issued by the seller. The final settlement is made after processing on the basis of the passport-calculation according to the Buyer's price list. In case of detection after processing of other metals (gold, rhodium, palladium, iridium), they are also accepted for final calculation.
Location and terms of delivery:
1. The goods are shipped from the seller’s warehouse at the Industrial site of the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant. Delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse is carried out by forces and at the expense of the buyer.
2. Uploading commercial offers is required. KP must contain the terms of payment, place of delivery, Buyer's price list for platinum, rhodium and silver
3. The amount of the proposal should be calculated based on the cost of the metal according to the price list of the organization. By calculation, conditionally, accept accounting prices for precious metals of the Central Bank on the date of completion of the request. By final settlement, accept accounting prices for precious metals of the Central Bank on the date of adoption of the passport-calculation and the Quality Acceptance Certificate.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not make it possible to verify the Buyer's good faith with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Seller is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Buyer independently fulfilling the terms of the contract, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved in fulfilling the contract, information on the ownership or leasehold: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the offer (offer).
