Payment terms:
Payment for the goods delivered by the seller is made by the buyer by transferring non-cash funds to the seller's account in the amount of 90% of the cost of the consignment of goods within five days before the shipment period. The basis for payment is the invoice issued by the seller. The final calculation is made after processing on the basis of the calculation passport according to the Buyer's price list and a confirmation document from the refinery. If other metals (gold, rhodium, palladium, iridium) are found after processing, they are also accepted for the final calculation.
Location and terms of delivery:
1. The goods are shipped from the seller's warehouse at the Industrial Site of the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Buyer.
2. Uploading commercial offers is required. Provide commercial proposal in the form of a letter to the organization indicating the terms of payment, delivery terms, deadlines and filling out the attached cost calculation form. Additionally, you must attach a price list for the payment of related precious metals: rhodium, gold, palladium, iridium
3. The amount of the offer should be calculated based on the cost of the metal according to the organization's price list. For the calculation, conditionally, accept the discount prices for precious metals of the Central Bank as of the date of completion of the request. For the final calculation, take the discount prices of precious metals of the Central Bank on the date of signing the contract.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to make sure of the good faith of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Buyer's independent fulfillment of the terms of the contract, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons, involved in the execution of the contract, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Seller has the right to reject the offer (offer).
