Payment terms:
After the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in non-cash form to the Supplier's settlement account in the amount of 300,000 rubles within 3 (three) days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. In case of arrears of the Buyer to the Supplier, the Buyer is obligated to pay the resulting debt within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the debt and fill up the prepayment in the amount of 300 000 rubles.
Location and terms of delivery:
The deadline for the sale of ferrous scrap is from the moment of signing the contract to December 31, 2019. Scrap is exported by the Buyer’s transport at the Supplier’s verbal request to the Buyer's official phone no later than 17 p.m., prior to the day of scrap transfer, indicating the exact location of the scrap, its quantity, necessary transport and time of its delivery.
Shipment Location: Repair objects of KTETs-1 repair at the following addresses:
CHP-1 - st. G. Tukaya d.125, Boiler House Azino - st. Rodiny 43a, Gorky Boiler House - ul. Br Kasimov 47c
The participant must meet the following requirements:
- The offer of the Participant who was previously selected as the winner, but refused to conclude an agreement on similar procedures for the sale of equipment or scrap metal may be rejected.
- The participant must have the resources to pay for the scrap metal purchased.
- The participant must have full legal capacity to conclude and execute the contract;
- The Participant shall not be insolvent or bankrupt, be in the process of liquidation, the property of the Participant shall not be seized, the economic activity of the Participant shall not be suspended.
- The participant must own or lease scrap metal acceptance points within the city of Kazan, equipped with attorney electronic truck scales in the measuring range of 20-60000 kg. (Validity validation until 12/31/2019 or more). The territory of the scrap metal collection points should be suitable for the placement, warehousing and storage of large quantities of bulky scrap (scrap pipes of large diameters, fittings, etc.).
- The participant must have at the collection points of scrap metal technical equipment (stationary cranes, excavators) for unloading, loading scrap and electronic scales for weighing, determining the amount of scrap delivered;
- The participant must own transport for the transportation of scrap, namely grapplers - scrap carriers (at least 2 units) and scrap trucks - long meters (at least 2 units)
The participant must provide the following list of required information and documents:
- A copy of the license for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of scrap of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals. (Valid until 12/31/2019 and more).
- Copy of certificate of state registration;
- Copy of tax registration certificate;
- Copies of constituent documents of the procurement participant (for legal entities);
- Copies of documents confirming the availability of scrap collection points
- Copy of vehicle registration certificate or rental agreement;
- Copies of documents confirming the availability of equipment for loading and unloading;
- Copies of verification certificates for electronic truck scales (valid until 12/31/2019 and more).
