Payment terms:
After the conclusion of the contract the buyer makes a down payment via bank transfer to the account of the Supplier in the amount of 300 000 rubles for a three (3) days after signing the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. In the event of the Buyer's debts to the Supplier, the Buyer is obliged to pay the debt within five (5) banking days from the date of formation of the debt, and fill in an advance payment of 300 000 rub.
Location and terms of delivery:

The participant must meet the following requirements:
- Member's proposal, which had previously chosen the winner, but refused to enter into a contract for similar equipment or procedures for the implementation of scrap metal can be rejected.
- The participant must be able to pay the resource purchased scrap.
- The participant must have legal capacity in full for the conclusion and execution of the contract;
- The participant must not be insolvent or bankrupt, in the process of liquidation, the property of the Participant shall not be seized, economic operators shall not be suspended.
- Participant must be owned or leased by the acceptance of scrap metal items within the city of Kazan, appointed attorneys electronic truck scales in the measurement of weight range 20-60000 kg. - Participant must have the property of vehicles for transporting scrap, namely grabbers - Lomovozy (no less than 2 units) and Lomovozy - dlinnomery (no less than 2 units)
The participant must submit the following list of mandatory information and documents:
- A copy of the license to carry out activities of harvesting, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals. (Valid until 31.12.2019g or more).
- Copy of certificate of state registration;
- Copy of certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Copies of constituent documents of the participant purchases (for legal entities);
- Copies of documents confirming the existence of points of reception of scrap
- A copy of the vehicle registration or rental agreement;
- Copies of documents confirming the availability of equipment for loading and unloading;
- Copies of certificates of calibration of electronic truck scales (valid until 31.12.2019g and more).
