Payment terms:
After the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in non-cash form to the Supplier's settlement account in the amount of 300,000 rubles within 3 (three) days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. In case of arrears of the Buyer to the Supplier, the Buyer is obliged to pay the resulting debt within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the debt and fill up the prepayment in the amount of 300 000 rubles.
Location and terms of delivery:
The deadline for the sale of ferrous scrap is from the moment of signing the contract to 03/31/2020. Scrap removal is carried out by the Buyer's transport on the verbal request of the Supplier to the Buyer's official phone no later than 17 hours, prior to the day of scrap transfer, indicating the exact location of the scrap, its quantity, necessary transport and time of its delivery. The amount of scrap shipped from 0.2tn or more.
Shipment Location: repair facilities of the KTS in the city of Kazan.
