Payment terms:
Payment order: after the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in non-cash form to the Supplier's settlement account in the amount of 300,000 rubles within 3 (three) days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. In case of arrears of the Buyer to the Supplier, the Buyer is obliged to pay the resulting debt within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the debt and fill up the prepayment in the amount of 300 000 rubles.
Location and terms of delivery:
The deadline for the sale of ferrous scrap is from the moment of signing the contract to 06/31/2020.
Scrap is exported by the Buyer’s transport at the Supplier’s oral request to the Buyer's official phone no later than 17 hours, prior to the day of scrap transfer, indicating the exact location of the scrap, its quantity, necessary transport and time of its delivery. The supplier reserves the right, if necessary, to demand the export of scrap metal at any time of the day, regardless of holidays and weekends. The amount of scrap shipped is from 0.2 tons or more.
Shipment Location: repair facilities for NchTS in Naberezhnye Chelny.
