Payment terms:
Payment procedure: after the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in cashless form to the Supplier’s bank account in the amount of 300,000 rubles within 3 (three) days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. In case of arrears of the Buyer's debt to the Supplier, the Buyer must pay the arrears within 5 (five) banking days from the date of arrears and make up for an advance payment of 300 000 rubles.
Location and terms of delivery:
The deadline for the sale of ferrous scrap is from the moment of signing the contract to 06/31/2020.
Scrap removal is carried out by the Buyer's transport on the verbal request of the Supplier to the Buyer's official phone no later than 5 p.m., prior to the day of scrap transfer, indicating the exact location of the scrap, its quantity, necessary transport and time of its delivery. The supplier reserves the right, if necessary, to demand the removal of metal scrap at any time of the day, regardless of holidays and weekends. The amount of scrap shipped is from 0.2 tons or more.
Place of shipment: NchTS repair facilities in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
