Payment terms:
Payment procedure: after conclusion of the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in cashless form to the Supplier’s bank account in the amount of 500,000 rubles within 3 (three) days after conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. In case of arrears of the Buyer's debt to the Supplier, the Buyer is obliged to pay the arrears within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the arrears and replenish the prepayment in the amount of 500 000 rubles.
Location and terms of delivery:
The deadline for the sale of ferrous scrap is from the moment of signing the contract to September 30, 2020. Scrap is exported by the Buyer's transport on the verbal request of the Supplier to the Buyer's official phone no later than 5 p.m., prior to the day of scrap transfer, indicating the exact location of the scrap, its quantity, necessary transport and time of its delivery. The amount of scrap shipped from 0.2tn or more.
Place of shipment: repair objects of the KTS in Kazan.
