Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment procedure: after the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer makes an advance payment in
non-cash to the Supplier's current account in the amount of 900,000 rubles within 3 (three)
days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment. When
of the Buyer's debt to the Supplier, the Buyer is obliged to pay
the resulting debt within 5 (five) banking days from the date of formation
indebtedness and make up an advance payment of 300,000 rubles.
Location and terms of delivery:
Place of shipment: objects of repair of NCHTS in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. Scrap removal is carried out by the Buyer's transport at the Supplier's verbal application to the Buyer's official phone no later than 17 o'clock on the day preceding the day of the scrap transfer, indicating the exact location of the scrap, its quantity, necessary transport and time of its submission. The supplier reserves the right, if necessary, to demand the export of scrap metal at any time of the day, regardless of holidays and weekends. The amount of shipped scrap is from 0.2 tons and more.
Place of shipment: objects of repair of NCHTS in Naberezhnye Chelny.
