If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the transferred secondary raw materials is made by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Customer's current account, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment of simultaneous receipt of the invoice in the form of M-15 and the invoice. No later than the 5th day of each month following the reporting month, the parties undertake to verify the volume of secondary raw materials with the mandatory preparation and signing of a bilateral act, which is signed by authorized representatives of the Customer and the Contractor and sealed. Once every three months, the Parties draw up and sign an act of reconciliation of calculations.
Location and terms of delivery:Removal of scrap: Removal of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap is carried out by the Buyer at his own expense, after the transfer of an advance payment, at the Buyer's request for the readiness to export scrap metal.
