Payment terms:
Payment buyer of scrap metal is made once a month, before the 25th of the month following the settlement by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment is made on the basis of the invoice and delivery note signed by the parties (TORG-12) and exhibiting the supplier invoice. Payment of scrap produced in Russian rubles.

Removal of scrap made by the Buyer transportation at their own expense for oral application provider to the official phone of the Buyer under the contract no later than 17 pm on the day preceding the day of transfer of scrap, indicating the exact location of scrap, its amount, necessary transport and time of delivery.
