Payment terms:
Payment order: after the conclusion of the contract, Payment for scrap metal is made in the form of 100% prepayment within 3 (three) banking days on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier for the cost of scrap metal expected for shipment in the current month. The final settlement is made by the Buyer within ten banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice for actually received scrap. Payment for scrap by the Buyer is made in non-cash form, by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account. The day of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligation to pay for scrap shall be the date of receipt of funds to the Supplier's settlement account.
Location and terms of delivery:
The deadline for the sale of ferrous scrap is from the moment of signing the contract to 06/30/2020. The buyer takes out the scrap metal at his own expense, using his own resources and his own transport from the supplier’s warehouse, provides a truck crane for loading operations. Consider the date of transfer of ownership of the delivered scrap metal as the date of the consignment note form TORG-12, while the dates of the consignment notes must correspond to the dates of acceptance certificates of the established form within the month drawn up by the Buyer on the day of shipment. The Supplier’s obligation to transfer scrap to the Buyer is considered fulfilled from the day the parties sign the acceptance certificate of the established form. The Buyer is obligated to export the batch of scrap metal no later than 10 working days from the date the Supplier invoices the prepayment, subject to payment of this invoice. The invoice is sent to fax number 8 (5558) 56309 or to the email address. mail, the date of sending the fax is the date indicated on the invoice. Scrap metal is accepted for quantity, quality and name at the Supplier’s warehouse in the presence of a representative of the Buyer, on which a power of attorney is written on behalf of the Buyer for scrap. The composition and group of scrap metal presented for acceptance is determined visually when loading scrap metal into a vehicle. Dimensions and mass of scrap metal are determined by measuring and weighing at the Supplier’s warehouse at the time of loading. The quantity, quality and name of scrap metal shall be agreed upon by the parties in the acceptance certificates. According to the results of acceptance, the parties sign the acceptance certificate. After the parties have signed the acceptance certificate, the Buyer cannot present claims to the Supplier about the quantity, quality and name of the scrap metal. The weighted discount on the indicator of contamination of scrap with harmless impurities (including metallurgical waste) is determined by the representative of the Buyer, together with the representative of the Supplier, and is not more than 5%.
