Auto-extension

Payment terms:Calculations are made within 5 banking days from the date of signing the Agreement, by transferring an advance payment of 100% to the Seller's account on the basis of the invoice issued by the Seller. In case of exceeding the specified volumes, after weighing the scrap, the rest of the payment is made within 5 calendar days from the date of transfer of the scrap to the Buyer.

Comments:
Mandatory requirement: indicate in the offer the date for the removal of non-ferrous scrap after 100% prepayment. The cost of the commercial proposal should be set taking into account the blockage and transport costs, indicate whether VAT is taxed or not.
