To determine the cost of organizing the sale and external service for the export of buckwheat husks for JSC "Hercules" to foreign markets in order to maximize the company's profits with cargo transshipment in Novorossiysk and moving to the main ports of China:
Qingdao and Tianjin (US dollar / t, euro / t), the cost of a set of services to specify without VAT.
The cost of the complex is the organization of an external service for the export of buckwheat husks for JSC "Hercules" to foreign markets:
List of required services from the contractor:
• Preparation and provision of regular analytical reports by JSC "Hercules" on current prices of goods in export markets,
• Search and preliminary arrangements with the buyer,
• Coordination of the quality characteristics of the exported goods with the buyer, provision and approval of samples,
• Approval of the export contract and the batch specification with the buyer on behalf of JSC "Hercules",
• Organization of complex export logistics of goods from the warehouse of JSC "Hercules" to the buyer's port,
• Preparation of a package of accompanying export documentation for shipments of goods,
• Control of the payment from the buyer to the address of JSC "Hercules" for the delivered batch of goods in accordance with the terms of the contract,
• Preparation of a package of documents to apply for a subsidy that compensates for part of the costs of export logistics,
• Preparation of a package of documents for filing for VAT refund on the batch sent under the export contract,
Terms of organization of export deliveries: no more than 1 month from the volume of goods for sale for sale to the shipment of the batch to the client under the export contract
